Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(FIN) "An Act requiring that health care insurers offer insurance coverage for well-baby exams" was adopted. 2008-04-09 Senate Journal Page 2749 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
